Its very convenient here! I can get to good shopping within 10 minutes, and a mall in 15. Traffic isn't a problem either. The homes are huge and windows are huge! Very spacious. No safety problems either, they even have a real police officer as they're courtesy officer, and he always answers if there is a noise problem.
