My boyfriend and I have lived here for about six months now, and we like it a lot. We have had to get the sink faucet and dishwasher rack fixed but the maintenence guys were here in a very timely manner. NEVER have any major maintenence problems though. They do check some stuff quite frequently like the fire extinguisher and filters and such and it can be annoying to have to make sure your pet is secure on those days but hey theyre doing their job. Its never really noisy around here except for when theres kids playing outside or getting off the bus, but who honestly can complain about that'

We had roaches for a while and they hired exterminators to spray all the apartments. It didnt help at all, but we bought some boric acid [which you can get at walgreens] and some other stuff and it REALLY fixed the problem.

Theres a lot of parking everywhere, but on the weekend nights you usually cant get your 'normal' spot, which is really no biggie. The staff is really nice, but they dont go out of their way to be friendly. If you have a problem they usually try and resolve it. There has been problems with the gate ever since we moved in, and the gate is either open all the time, or working with card issues, as in your card may no work. This wasfixed immediately when I brought my card to the lady in the office and she activated it immediately.

This place is conveniently located RIGHT BY a publix kroger, block buster, subway, zaxbys, restaurants, UPS store and a LOT of other places similar to these so its really easy to get groceries or a bite to eat.

Overall, this place is really great to live in. No bothers from neighbors, nice staff, and really nice apartments. I believe this place is only like 6 years old' Anyway, no real complaints and the average person should be really happy here.
