Cheap rent, bad service....you get what you pay for!

The rent is cheap, I'll give them that. And they pay for water. But rent is cheap ANYWHERE in Canton...come on!
I hate the stupid swipe card you have to use to get in the gate. It's called, spend a little $$ and invest in clickers (like garage door openers) so we don't have to roll down our windows in the pouring rain and get our car soaking wet!
They leased me my apartmetn KNOWING it had 3 leaks in the ceiling. Nice, huh' They've told me it's been fixed--two times now, but it still leaks!
The lazy painters spray-painted my walls before I moved in; leaving runs and drips. And on top of that, they sprayed inside my phone jack, thus costing me $70 to get someone from the phone company to come out and tell me that and put a new jack in.
All of the apartments have a musty smell that you can't get rid of. Its on your clothes, your hair...everything. No matter how mant insense or candles you burn, you'll still smell like it!
Another thing is the mailman sucks! I haven't gotten several issues of magazines, bills etc. I've had to open a PO Box just to make sure I get all of my mail!
The apt is cool---it has a lot of charcter, but I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
