The apartments have concerte floors and no carpet. It is very hard to keep clean. All apartment doors are inside so everyone tracks mud and dirt into the halls. This ends up seeping under your doors and into your apartment. The halls are rarely cleaned. People let their pets use the bathroom in the halls too. Numerous people leave their trash placed in various places inside the halls causing the place to smell. The excerise rooms almost always have at least two broken machines and one was never fixed the year and a half I lived there. No one cleans up after their pets outside so when you get out of your car you risk stepping in poo. The dumpster is always overflowing because the trash doesn't get picked up enough and there is only one dumpster for over 300 apartments. The office staff is not very helpful. In fact most of the time you have a complaint or a concern they are not able to help and are rude about it.
