I have lived at the lofts for a year now and have just signed a renewal lease. I have absolutly loved living here. The office staff has many temp and high turnover which sometimes makes it hard to deal with them, but management is wonderfully and hard working. If I ever had a problem I went straight to management and my problems were solved. As far as maintenance I did have some problems with my air conditioning but the maintenance staff were very prompt. And YES the place is old but lets think about it for a second -- it is a historic site. It is being preserved to maintain its character. The only problems I have had is the lack of care that many of the other residents have for their home. Some are not ashamed to leave their trash in the hallways or even their dogs accidents. Management has been working hard to solve the problem but it originates with unauthorized animals. My apartment is 1208 square feet 2 bedroom and 2 bath w/ an upstairs and I pay $630. Anywhere else that is a nice and safe place to live you couldn't pay that much for a small one bedroom apartment. The only thing this apartment complex needs is people who take pride in where they live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
