In general I like my apartment, its very spacious, the neighbors basicly keep to themselves(excluding the large dogs that tend to sound off more than I'd like) and the rent is very affordable. BUT!!! The downfalls are quickly adding up and MUCH outway the good points!!! Getting ANYTHING fixed seems to be IMPOSSIBLE! no matter how small or BIG the issue is. The office staff are very nice and make a great "first impression" but once your in nobody wants to help. We went three days with NO WORKING TOILETS and the only reason they got fixed was because I had a friend fix the problem, my dishwasher still isn't fixed after TWO months of complaints and the AC hasn't worked since we moved in 8 months ago! I would suggest thinking twice about signing a lease!!! The size and attractive price seem to be the same as the office staff.. They make a good "first impression".
