I have always dreamed of living in a loft, but the ones in my area go for almost a thousand a month. So when I heard about the CML's, I was stoked. Then, when I was visiting some friends, I realized that what sounds too good to be true, usually is.

The first thing I noticed was, where the entrance was to where my friends lived, it was right next to the pool and there had to have been a hundred scantily clad wild kids running around grabbing each other's booties and doing cannonballs splashing water all over you as you walked by. It was like a dang frat house. The hallways were dark, dank, and littered. Not to mention, loads of people in sopping wet bathing suits running up and down the halls. My friends lived on the ground floor and had their windows open, and some random pothead crawled through the window, looked confused and said "whoops. This is the wrong apartment." Even over the music we were playing we could still hear their neighbors talking. I saw a ton of roaches. Then, when another couple I knew moved in there, I heard about the fire alarms going off at 3am all the time.

Yeah, they're neat looking apartments for an affordable price, but it's not worth it.
