Latrece and her little minion Adam try to appear friendly, even getting drunk with the crowd at the pool party. Heck, Adam can even do the electric slide. They made fools of themselves and we weren't impressed. They are two of the most self serving power hungry control freaks in the business. I have lived in several places and find these people to be the worst.

The leasing agents get you in with a ton of promises which all turn out to be bunk. To their credit, they do do try but the managers can't be bothered with residents.

Everything said here is true. There is no security. It is not a safe place. It is not a well maintained place. Roofs leak all over. Moving in will kill you because there is no easy way to do it. You have to walk a mile to the elevator from the parking lot, then a mile to your apartment.

It is a shame because the design has promise. If only Aderhold would hire some decent management that could tell the truth and provide some service to their residents.

Yes... I agree! Latrice is spineless and Adam is an ignorant, pathetic, and vindictive piece of s #t! Avoid this property at all costs... I'd rather have an eternal root canal than live at this sorry ass property that absolutely has NO CONCERN FOR ITS TENANTS!
