I hated it here! NOTHING is convienent! It IS dirty, we have dust balls the size of small cats that fly out of our vents at least every three days, and no way of fixing the problem.. no matter how much we clean. The ceiling fan has had two inches of dirt on the blades since we moved in and even after multiple complaints NOTHING was ever done about it. The upstairs toilet gets a red ring around the inside even though I clean it every day. None of this seems healthy!
The people in the leasing office and maintance men ARE nice but only two of them can accomplish anything.
At best getting any sort of maintanence done is slow! It took four days to get our AC fixed, when it was simple enough to do in a couple of hours if they would have actually checked everything out in the begining.
The walls are PAPER THIN!!!!!!!! You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say and do!!!!!!! and if you complain NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!!!!!
Dogs use the bathroom EVERYWHERE!! and half the time they aren't even on leashes.
There is alot of shady behavior by other tenants that goes on freely.
No one EVER enforces any rules or common sense at all!!!
All in all it is CONSTENT irritation!
If you do decide to give the lofts a try make sure you check EVERYTHING out TOP to BOTTOM!!! Don't make the mistake of moving in before they fix and clean EVERYTHING no matter how fast they say they can get it done! and I highly suggest looking around some more before you sign anything!!!!!!!!
