Please do not move here. I fell in love with this apartment when I first saw it. The building is gorgeous. The apartment was filthy however, and I had a cleaning service come in before I moved my furniture in because there was no way I could get rid of all the damn dust.

One of the maids informed me that she found what she thought looked like rodent droppings.....ick! I immediatley called the front office and they assured me that they had NEVER had this issue. Please keep in mind this is 1 hour after signing the lease.

Against my better judgement I moved in anyway. A week later more droppings, but of course their exterminator insisted what I thought were droppings were something else. 3 weeks later I saw a BIG ASS RAT scurry across my living room floor. The same floor my 6 month old daughter crawls on.......HELL NO! I broke my lease and moved. I had been complaining since day 1. They should have let me out of the lease since they couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. Now they are hounding me for money.

Unless you like living with rats.....do not move here!!!!!!

Oh and once me and my daughter were cornered by a roaming pit bull. Thank god the owner finally decided to go looking for the ferocious beast. Shouldn't dogs have to be on leashes.....not here.

is this the same person who left their exersaucer in the apartment when they moved out and when the leasing office went to check it out there was still cereal and such in the bottom of it? if there was rats there would have been no food left........ and for the record i have NEVER seen a rat in my apartment or anywhere in the building. doesn't mean they aren't in other parts but on my end of the building there are deffinatly none.
