i've lived here for 9 monthes and have had few problems. the problems i did have were addressed more quickly then i expected. i have never had a problem with anyone in the office. they have always been respectful and polite.


i have read reviews again, i saw one where someone complained about the "same noisey people congrigating at the pool every day". the noise would be them talking. every last one of them work and aren't even out there until AFTER work or on their days off.
i have now also read a complaint claiming that our courtesy officer does not do his job, that is nothing more then the biggest load of bull***t i have ever heard. i have had to call him a few times and he made it here in good time. just because someone doesn't comprehend that for him to know somethings on you have to call does not mean he's not doing his job. he also has a full time job and a family plus being our courtesy officer. i think he does a good job with what he has to work with. a bunch of ungrateful and over reacting people. not even a bunch, really it's just a few that complain that you see on here because we have over 300 untits, so your only seeing a few out of thousands who have lived here. i personally love it here.

I have lived here for a year now and I know the person who wrote this eithers pays extravfor service or its written by someone who works here.
