I have read every comment posted over the last 4 years. It appears to me that this place has become a literal dump...pet feces in the hallways''' It appears that at least half of the people who commented mentioned the pet feces in the yard or in the hallways. Why don't you "outlaw" dogs' Do they accept Section 8 housing' Is the rent based on income' Some of the comments lead me to believe it is. I really was interested until I read these comments. I will answer the question below from how I feel it is by the comments I have read.

I would really like Management and the OWNERSHIP of this property to respond to my comments as well as the other comments that are common in each complaint, such as pet feces and trash in hallway and paper thin walls.

I don't believe they accept Section 8, but the rent is quasi-income based. The rental rate itself is fixed, but the tenant has to fall within an income floor and ceiling. You can't be too poor, but you can't make too much. I think the cap on a single occupancy one-bedroom is a little under 30,000/yr, but at minimum you have to make atleast 3 times your rent per month.

they do NOT accept section 8 because this is not government housing. this is tax credit which means that it's simply based on income. since the person who left this comment doesn't live here, has never been to the property and doesn't really have a clue except for reading the complaints (i know many people who are happy living here) should NOT be leaving comments about a place they've never been to. i have lived here for over a year now and i love it here. some people are a little bit pissy though over noise and are in my opinion a little hypersensitive. like yesterday for example i was sitting at the pool while my kids were playing and there was maybe 4 people sitting at the table in the courtyard, a man and woman walked by and the woman said "i already complained about people out here i guess i need to again" over people sitting in the courtyard during the day? a little rediculous. |

oh, girl. some people are hypersensitive. someone chilling at the pool with a couple kids swimming shouldn't be an issue for someone who's obviously not getting woken up by the noise level, in the middle of the day, outside. she's a snit. obviously. however, you know all about the "kids" riding shopping carts, scooters, skateboards (and whatever) in the halls; regardless of the hour of day. the people with the restricted animals, and the people that don't clean up after their animals whether they've gone in the hall or outside. that lame "security" gate was broken more often than it worked for like a year or more. people (who didn't live there) crawling under it to sneak in. the problems with the fencing being yanked up so people could get in if the gate actually worked. of which, the sidewalk gate is messed up rather nicely, yet again. the slamming doors. that weird black stuff in the air. being able to smell your neighbour. mushrooms growing on interior walls. mold growing inside your walls. windows that don't open.. and windows that don't close. which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't such a hazard. now, i freely admit that it does have its good points. concrete floors make for easy cleaning. the apts are set up so the the bedroom is not against a hall or window wall. the studio, of course, is different. the laundry rooms are ample and so are the bathrooms, for the most part. i have heard some people complain about their size.. but apparently, they've never had a really tiny bathroom. however, i have heard far more awful things than have ever been mentioned here.. and honestly, i have yet to meet one single person that actually misses living there.. or isn't glad they don't anymore.
