the lofts what can i say about them they have there good days but you see more bad than anything. cops have invited there self in here. when i moved in here it was city living with out the price but now i see you get what you pay for. oh yeah and all the talk about you have to be on welfare to live here is ----. i pay 800 in rent and i know at leats a dozen people who pay 800 more or less for there rent. but ill have to say i bet the loft were really nice when they first opened. but now there running there self in to the ground

I have been here over three years. Many of the people that live here were probably never screened very well. Evictions go up on doors at least once a week. Dog poop is everywhere in the courtyard. The elevator almost NEVER works and the security gates are broken and left open often. Security card who?? I enjoyed the lofts when I firt moved in. Then again they were at about 40% occupancy untill the referral fees were placed. Oh yeah, CAN MANAGMENT PLEASE MAKE UP THEIR MIND AS TO WHETHER OR NOT DOGS ARE ALLOWED!!! Doors have pet stickers where pets are not supposed to be allowed. Very Confussing. Either keep your word with NO exceptions or allow pets in all units. I love my apartment. The brick, windows, amount of space. But I am looking forward to moving.

I drive by these apts. almost every day and think "what a cool old building." But reading these reviews I wonder if I should either consider moving in. It sounds like an easy managment fix."APPLY THE RULES AND ENFORCE THEM."no exceptions. Its a shame to see such a piece of history turn into a piece of ****! Im sorry to say I will have to look elsewhere to live.
