This is a beautiful historic building, conveniently located on the main drag in Canton, and very cheaply priced. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for, which is to say, screaming whitetrash neighbors, thin walls, feces and urine in the halls, a fire alarm that goes off inexplicably once or twice a month, garbage EVERYWHERE that the tenants can possibly drop it, broken beer bottles and cigarette butts in the halls, and pretty lousy management. It's also not a safe area. Obvious drug use/drug deals going on. Other than that, it's great!

I went by today and the halls were impeccable, smelled normal, and it was all in all pretty quiet. Maybe they shaped up a lot in the past 6 months?

Maybe missmarie88 came by right after the cleaning lady cleaned the halls. She does once per day and yes she does clean up dog mess. Why don't you stop by again and ask?
