I am from Atl. I move in on the 1st... I am excited because of the space and my modern contemporary decor, and the convenience to everything in town. I have rented an apt that faces riverstone, so I have a nice view of... the dollar tree =) My only concern is I have a 9 month old daughter and the floors are concrete. I have looked for area rugs, but cant seem to find any to be large enough. I dont know if laying carpet in one room is allowed and this is a huge problem.. another concern is the brick walls and hanging pictures and other fixtures. oh and one more thing the possibility of poking your eye out on the iron spiral stiarcase =) other than that im completely satisfied with how i wish for things to go. I have friends that live here and the noise from surrounding apt is rediculous.. luckily i dont mind. The security gates truly dont work half the time, but if your worried about security the doors of the aptartment are nearly steel so I wouldnt too much worry about someone getting in.. oh and the rental rates are awesome... i have came apon a steal 2bed 2bath $560 WOOOOOOOWWWW i cant tolerate hella ---- for that price.... Im in!!

Hey - you had better watch out for the lead traces EVERYWHERE! that building is old and you probably signed a lead waiver in your lease agreement but they slipped it past you! Lead is very dangerous to developing brains!
