Having read all 46 reviews before mine, I would like to express my regrets to all of those residents who were not happy, for whatever reason they gave.
To prospective residents, I would like to bid you welcome, from all of the residents who enjoy unusual architecture, clean living, and neighborly values!!!!!
During my 3 years of residency, I have seen this complex develop from a poorly managed facility to (finally) an excellently managed, well maintained place to live. One year ago the owners of this facility hired management who not only has worked diligently to solve the enormous number of problems, but has succeeded famously by treating the residents with respect while working within the time and money constraints inherent with managed properties. My job history has been management for over 30 years, proudly receiving many awards for excellent customer service and personal satisfaction. My previous life experiences make me qualified to judge the performance of management,

Footnote: All neighborhoods have problems, good people solve them, join us!

sounds like total -------- to me, but good try..this isn't a place to pimp your rentals, it's a place for residents to rate their experiences, and having lived there, i would say most of the negative reviews are totally within reason

I have been a resident of Canton Mill Lofts since February 2006, Building E. My review expressed my experiences with management. Had you understood my comments, you would had noted that the first two years of my residency saw many problems. Those problems are a work in progress, with the management in the last year making a colossal effort to correct them. You would also notice that I did not have to use blanked out expletives to make my points. I stand by my previous comments as truth that I can back up with work orders and results. My experiences here have been pleasurable and I intend to continue to live here for the next few years. These same type of apartments are twice the cost, with half of the floor plan space, in other areas of Atlanta. Canton is a great town, with most of the larger town amenities just moments away. I again hope that good, honest people join me and my neighbors for a good rental experience.
