My wife and I have been living here for the last year and a half and dearly love the place. We love our loft and everyone who see's it is very impressed. My feeling is the staff is fantastic to work with and have been great to accomodate our needs. When we have had a maint. problem it was solved quickly and correctly. We know that we are paying a reduced monthly rent and therefore don't expect the Ritz Carlton treatment but we feel we get far more than what is fair. I have a feeling that many peoplke wouldn't be satisfied no matter what you did. Keep up the good job Canjton Mill...We Love you guys! Rick & ---

Your review has really helped me! I am dying to live in the Lofts because of the history and architecture, but because of rumors and some of the past reviews I have been having my doubts. Thank you for the positive review!

Can i ask you smoething how are your utilities there i'm planing to move there but with the loft having both gas and electric i'm concern abt the price being to high. Thanks!
