Gave three stars to construction since recent and with good materials, but workmanship is fair to poor. There is poor attention to detail throughout. For example, large pieces of siding have blown off in multiple places, the hot and cold water were piped backwards in both bathrooms, the oven vent high and low controls are wired backwards. Leasing agents are very nice but you don't deal with them once you've moved in. The rest of the staff is generally not helpful and condescending. Answering service for after hours is rude. Maintenance staff is the only plus here.
