I would say this is a 5 star apt complex. But, it only has one thing going for it: the Maintenance is a great plus - mostly because it a brand new complex with construction going on and not much to maintain.

Management changes every month or 2 so you will get little or no help there. The leasing agents are great until they get you to sign a lease then could care less.

Location is quite. little or no problems with neighbors but that's because of the turnover in residents. More people move out than move in and when we left there was approx 1 family per building in most of the 2 and 3 bedroom buildings (There are only 4 apts per building and they were still constructing.)

Also, Free Cable - wow, you get approx 60 channels and out of that at least 20-25 are shopping & government access, another 5-10 are sports related channels. But you can get a larger package - if you want to buy the equipment and pay for it (dish so it goes out a lot)

Parking - lots due to lack of occupancy

Safety - well, don't know how to answer that one as not to many neighbors and complex picky about renting.
