Ok apartments. Painting on walls is thin and scratches/rubs off easily. Burber type carpeting which I personally don't care for. High turnover rate for leasing office. I don't know the name of anyone up there, they change so quickly.

The apartments are fairly quiet. A security guard is on duty at front gate from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. but they do not stop any cars that come through (so I'm not exactly sure what their purpose is).

Always clean. The maintenance staff is seen picking up any litter on a daily basis. The trash compactor is right at front gate which can be an eyesore to guests at times. All decks are screened in, keeps bugs out, so that is nice.

Amenities are ok. Indoor pool is nice, but you have to go outdoors to change clothes (poor planning). Workout room has two treadmills, eliptical, and one all around machine. Could use more equipment.

Apartments are beautifully landscaped. I love the free cable. It's standard basic cable of about 60 channels. Offers a nice savings from paying for cable.
