The apartments are nice and the office staff are helpful at times and other times some of them could not care less.
The security guards are not helpful at all, they just sit there and watch movies on their dvd player, or sleeping or talking on the phone, they don't watch any traffic coming in or going out.
The guard house blinds are close so you don;t see them sleeping if their on the job.
The security company seems they hired anyone for the job.
There are times when some neighbors want to party and the guards are not there to help, so you might as well call the police your self.
