I have lived here for about three months now. Parking can be difficult at times, especially when residents are allowed to park their boats over four parking spaces for over two weeks. The cable is free, so high speed cable modem access is not possible because Comcast isn't allowed here. The cable picture quality is extremely poor, would prefer to pay the price of cable to get better service. Pet policies are not strictly enforced (a number of neighbors have pets with no pet permits and do not clean up their pet's feces.) Animals often roam free even though their is a leash policy. The grounds are well kept and the community is fairly quiet with nice neighbors. The gates have broken down a few times since we moved in and were not fixed for a few weeks. There has also been a broken light at the entrance for over a month and yet to be repaired. Apartment maintenance is adequate enough, work orders are completed in a timely manner and there are monthly apartment inspections and furnace filter changes. The office staff leaves something to be desired. They are friendly enough, but not too well informed when you have a question or concern. Nice floorplans and screened porches. A decent enough community, just expected a little more for the price.
