When we first moved into this apartment community, we were impressed. We have steadily seen it go downhill. We haven't had our filters changed in over 4 months. We also, have problems with unleashed and leashed animals pooping under our windows and nothing being done about it. The office staff is ill informed of their own policies. They don't tell you the same thing twice. They can sure tell you the rent is going up though. They can't fix anything because it isn't in their budget. If you go by the rent they charge, I think they have a budget somewhere! the security is a joke. Anybody can get in, the gate is usually torn up. They sleep and watch movies while other cars are forcing residents through the gates at high speeds. Would I recommend this community for you to move into. No. Buy a house like we're doing. The mortgage payment is the same as the rent they charge.
