Fitness equipment has been broken for over 3 months and still not fixed. Water cooler is either empty or has no cups in fitness center. Don't even plan on using it. Acutally spoke face to face with someone from "corporate" who acted like they could care less. Their response was "we are working on it" and my response was "I have heard that for 3 months". Then she acted mad I brought something up. They need to TRAIN people before giving them a job. We pay their salary and they don't seem to care.
Lots of employee turnover, and no one takes responsibility.
Side door to gain entry to business center broken.
Laundry mat has several unusable washers and driers.
Business center shuts down early.

Advice' Try the ones on the other side of 575.

try walking by the pet yard next to the car wash. No one cleans up so much dog excrement you cant even walk in there, the smell is terrible God help you if you have an apartment with a porch because you cant use them for the smell. The trash has not been picked up in there in over a month. Also people allowed to move in here with very large very vicious dogs. People living in 1 bedroom apt. with 6 large dogs and 2 cats.No dog excrement bags at dog stations. People grilling in the breeseways, security guard harrising young women etc. etc. etc.
