We absolutely hated living here. We hated it so much that we even broke our lease and went to another apartment complex. We had 2 floods while living here. The office has no property manager and nothing gets done. Any maintenance request that we put in was not solved completely or at all. Our air filter was only changed once the entire time we lived at Harbor Creek. There was always trash in our breezeway and dog poop everywhere in the grass. The "FREE" cable that they advertise is not good at all. It is constantly fuzzy on every single channel or it is just out completely. There are cheaper apartments than this one where you actually get your moneys worth. It is not worth it at all no matter what deals they are offering.

there staff does need some work, if the maintenance crew gets the info past on to them they will do the work, i called about a new air filter and they droped 2 off within 10 mins. as for the trash, tell the staff and they will tell the people not to do it, no poop around us at all, the free cable is basic cable and there are no upgrades to get, that does really suck, you cannot get a DVR or HD upgrade, its not fuzzy at all, and it is dishnetwork or one of those so in a bad storm it goes out, the apartments do cost more here but you get more here; indoor and outdoor pools, putting green, vertual golf, tennis, small playground for the kids (there are alot of kids here), weight room (its alright, i got a membership at the Y), big apts. overall its a really nice place, but you pay for it.

Virtual golf?? Hasn't worked in the 6 mo's we have lived here...indoor heated pool?? Pool's heater is broken and has been for 3 mo's.

Id have to agree about the dog poop. We live next to a grassy area, and in the 2 years we've been here, only 1 person picked up after tyheir dog. Anywhere there is grass,(even when there's not) there's dog poo. I wrote a log over a 5 month period describing all offenders and their dogs description, and presented it to management and nothing was done about it. And we moved here because Im disabled, and the indoor pool would be good therapy for me, but the damn heater rarely- if ever- works. And the outdoor pool in summer is filled with unattended kids.
