I rented an apartment from Heritage at Riverstone for 7 months. I lived above the Security Guard and would constantly be harassed for being too noisy. I could have 5 people over and he would come up every time to tell us we needed to stop being noisy. When the only thing that we were doing was watching T.V. and playing cards. He constantly threatened to call the cops on us. One night around 11:00p.m. there was a party in another building with around 75 ' 100 people at it. But, guess who gets a knock on her door saying that if we did not leave or go to bed that we would all be arrested. Before my lease was up I had moved back home with my parents because I was so scared that I would be arrested if I had any friends over. Oh, and the party with all of those people, they just got a warning!

Then I was very disappointed with my deposit in less than 7 months there is not much damage that could be done to an apartment. I received around 10% of my deposit back they said that there was 'carpet damage'. They don't tell you how much or when you will receive your deposit money and you have to wait 3-4 months to receive your deposit.
