I, too, am having problems with my upstairs neighbors. They run on hours not in line with mine, which consist of 8:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. Loud music, banging, cursing and constant slamming of the sliding door is what my sleep looks like every night. I spend more time away from my apartment so that I can get a decent nights sleep. The loser who lives above me has no job, but lives on his daddies money. I work hard to pay my rent,pay on time each month and get to come home to this. It is a shame that the management allows the college kids to run this property instead of doing it themselves. If you want peace and quiet, a compentant management staff and a chance to live in an area surrounded by adults, don't move here.

You have my deepest sympathy. I live in an apartment across the parking lot where there is one apt on the 3rd floor of the building where they stay up all night long, partying until dawn. This past weekend they were at their worst with their obnoxious behavior, (loud music, partying loudly on their balcony and in the parking lot, using filthy language) which didn't stop until 5:30am. I know because I got no sleep that night. I feel so bad for you. Hope it gets better for you soon.

A group of college kids threw a huge party once while we were there. They used my patio as the area to throw up on, ruining all my Christmas decorations. They also hurled in the breezeway and near my front door. They lived on the second floor, and a middle age woman and her husband lived on the third. When we went to the management, they tried to charge the kids for the cost of the decorations. The kids refused to pay, saying it was the couple above them. Now, the woman at the time was recovering from a near fatal heart attack...who do you think did it? The management took the kids' word over ours and the other couple, and refused to do anything about it. The management here is terrible, and generally a bunch of crooks. Don't move here!!!!!!
