The apartments are average. While the workers are friendly, management is uncaring and inattentive, as well as mindless and clueless as to how to properly run a complex. This creates a stressful living environment. Residents are all good people, but many are leaving because of the way the place is run. Management does not value its tenants. Whats worse is they look to slap tenants with outrageous and invented fees and costs they're not entitled to, threatening residents with disposses if they fail to pay. You also cannot walk on the grass without stepping in dog poop, which you can inadvertently track into your apartment. While I did like it here, that has waned because of how things are run. Tom G.

I know a very nice guy from NY who recently moved in over there says it s very nice. considering a move myself. i have yet to visit, but reports are positive! J
