We got a pretty good deal on the 2BR apartments in October. My only complaints is the apartments are kinda small, perfect for 2 people, but not if you have a child. DO NOT LIVE ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!!! Me and my child have been woken up at 12am, 3am, 5am, I just don't get it why these people have to walk like elephants and jump around like monkeys....it sounds like there is an earthquake going on at all times. That is the most frustrating thing here. I even went upstairs to tell the guy and he apologized but nothing changed. I would definitely recommend the top floor if you don't mind stairs. Parking can be hard to find, but not bad. Not a bad place though.

I agree about not living on ground. The noise can get unbearable at times. I understand once in awhile, but on a regular basis is crazy! It is only getting worse with the increase of college students coming in. And do not call Canton PD about noise. Per Canton PD they consider us under 1 roof and unless the noise comes outside the exterior of the entire building they will not do anything about it. This is despite what their noise ordinace reads.
