Where to start. At first the management was somewhat helpful-now they ignore us completely and give us odd stares and never fully answer our questions we might have. It is a nice apartment complex at a glance. But the siding is warping and looks like it is falling off. Some of the windows will not close completely. In the near 2 years we?ve lived here they?ve replaced the filters once-and repeated requests of our pantry door being replaced because it has fallen off the hinges go unanswered. We finally gave up on that one. The balconies look like they are teetering on just a small block of wood-alittle scarry. Parking is okay-not hardly enough, as cars are usually parked on the street. We have no light in our living room and bedroom. The bedroom is super dark as it is. The walls are painted with VERY cheap paint. They get dirty VERY easily and cannot be cleaned. The outdoor hallways are also dirty looking-they have never been swept or cleaned. The pool is only opened a few months out of the summer-and unfortunaly this complex isn?t gated so kids from the projects behind us can come and go as they please. When it rains, the area around the mailboxes gets muddy. There were no speedbumps when we first moved in and people drove through like they were on a hwy. Now they have three speedbumps-which are all together and doesn?t stop people from speeding through the parking areas. The apartment is very quiet, save for the ambulances or police cars you may hear going to the hospital and the enormously LOUD food disposal (we can hear the ones next door and below us get turned on and off quickly)

The entrance to the apts. is hazourdous-blind spots going out and a sharp curb coming in. The 1 bedrooms have an enormous living room and bathroom-bigger living space than most around Canton for the price. Also the windows in the living/bedroom are nice and long (down to the floor)

For the price, the apartments are okay-but I wouldn?t recommend living here unless you are strapped of cash (we are unfortunately)

I would recommend checking into some of the other apartments going up around Canton and save this one as a last resort.
