I was the first one to write a review for these apts. I?ve forgotten my name/password, so I?m writing another one!



I agree with the rest of the reviewers! My first review I said I recommended this apts. Let me say that I was wrong to recommend these! Don?t even bother looking here! The building we live in, basically everyone has either been kicked out or moved out! We don?t even have to worry about parking anymore because no one lives in our building!



It is a shame these are going to waste. They are one of the best apt layouts in Canton. If only the management company and the owners would look at these apartments and realize they need fixin?!



The A/C has worked okay for us, but we?ve had to replace the filters ourselves-after maintanence told us they?d be up to replace them. And where are the parents around here' These kids who live around here dress like hookers! 12 year olds who wear clothes so tight and don?t near cover enough skin! Two year olds who wander around the streets by themselves!



Our lease is up in a few months and we have already found the perfect apartments! They are brand new and so much better than these are! If you are looking for some apts in Canton I recommend taking a look at the new "River Ridge" apartments off of Riverstone Pkwy. The staff there is wonderful! The only downfall (well, for us) is the fact that we make too much money and our rent will be more than what most people there will probably have to pay. Thats the cost of luxury.




Oh yeah-the the lady who was talking about the noise about the people above her. I do live in the same building as you do but on the top floor. I didn't realize that people below could hear me when I walked around as I don't have to worry about that. I don't know if you are the lady that lives beneath me or not...but we will be quieter not to disturb the couple who lives beneath us. :)
