well i have been livin at the laurels now for a little over 9months now and its not that bad as when we first moved in we have new mangement or employess Joy (assiant property manager), she seems to be the only one with her head on properly and only helpful one, Nicole is really high maintence and yells at you for everything and doesnt even know how to handle a customer to whom she makes fun of them in thier face....kiana is the property manager it seems like she i sjust there for the paycheck and doesnt take care of anything on the property, NIcole an djoy constantly have their boyfriends there and its kinda pathetic, they have a 8pm curfew in which i disputed cause i just thought that was wrong! building six has a elevator, the elevator constantly has grafitti and is always dirty people let thier dogs pee in it and then it stays like that for week w/o it getting cleaned. its been so bad our floor would smell like piss! my mom has had to clean the elevator several times. but they are tryin just yesterday they had 3 differnt crews out there working on the buildings and gazebo so hopefully this will improve for now look elsewhere!!!
