We've been here for nearly a year and none of the leasing staff is helpful at all whatsoever. The lawn is almost always littered with broken beer bottles and busted glass is all behind the building I live in, right alongside the back where all the children play. The pool JUST recently opened, some two or three months after the leasing office sent out a letter to all the residents stating that 'THE POOL IS CLOSED,' which didn't make much sense. They send you invoices through the mail now, but they always end up reaching you half way through the month or just before your next month's rent is due. That's just the leasing office, though. The acutal people that live here are not the nicest. In fact, someone hit my girlfriend's car and drove away, leaving a massive dent in the side of it. Someone hit my car too. Sometimes at night, the cops will come in force, bringing some two or three squad cars with them to search the entire apartment complex for bad guys, which seem to be flourishing here. This place draws the cops like a magnet. Plus, they hit us with a rent increase. When you go to the leasing office to try and work out a problem, they send you away with five words: We'll handle it, don't worry. As far as the acutal construction of our apartment...well, the first day the front of a drawer fell off. We had the maintainence man fix it. But then, two days later, it fell off again. Then they had the buildings pressure washed, but the problem is that it ended up taking nearly a week to complete. Don't move in here, or you'll get trapped. I gotta move out of here.
