Well, where do I start. I moved in at the beginning of 2009. When I signed the lease, the lady took me to my apartment to look over in case there where any problems. They moved me into a HANDICAPPED apartment. No cabinets in the kitchen, my toliet keeps overflowing and it takes them 4 to 5 days to fix. The kids in the apartment complex trash the grounds. The bug issue is unreal. The management team has changed 9 times since I have lived there. I can't wait till my lease is up and I can get out of there. What a bad bad decision to live there.
I was told that none of the residents can use the fitness room unless you leave your DL at the front office in order to get a key, after I got the key, there was no equipment to use, all of the equipment was broken and smashed in by the kids. One of the perks I was told about was the free WiFi, after 1 month, they disconnected the WiFi. What the hell!!! I was also told before moving in and it also states on the website that all residents get free water. I didnt pay the water the first month, the second month I get a notice on my door stating that a warrant was filled and that the water bill was 29.00 and the late fee ws 75.00. Are you serious, a later fee when I never recvd a bill' Gimmie a break. I wish that I could just break my lease and get the hell out. ****PLEASE THINK VERY HARD ABOUT MOVING IN THIS HELL HOLD******

I had planned on looking at these apartments this weekend, but I have changed my mind. This site is great. It helps me to weed out the spots I would not want to live, and this complex has now been added to my "no way" list. : )

I moved in recently, that new Manager is great. He seems to be getting every thing in shape. The maintenance staff is better. Now the bugs are a problem in certain places.
