While living at Preston Glen, I was absolutely disgusted by the office staff. They hit the pool each day after work and all weekend, drinking heavily. They sit in the office gossiping with the tenants they drink with and actually get angry when a resident comes in with a question or concern. The gossiping bothered me more than the drinking, honestly. Any situation any resident had, whether negative or positive, the management would actually tell other tennants about it! Unbelievable!

Next, comes the residents of Preston Glen. Many of the residents seemed to have the same disease as the leasing staff. The drinking and getting loud/obnoxious/crude at all hours disease--in the pool in the summer, in their apartments in the winter. The police are called constantly for domestic disputes, drug raids, even a suicide attempt.

Finally, the actual apartment. It was large, I will agree to that. The walls were cracking, the tub and ceiling leaked, and the master bedroom is located right next to the breezeway in all models. Trying to get rest is an ordeal with the stomping behind your bed every night and morning.

In conclusion, save your money, your frustration, and your privacy. Move to another complex. I now own a home, but lived in plenty of apartments before Preston Glen. Trust me, there are many complexes out there with a professional, trustworthy, and ethical staff.
