Judging from my time at Preston Glen, I have no choice but to agree with many of the negative comments already posted. While browsing thru the positive comments, I couldn't help but think back to all the residents I had a chance to speak with and couldn't remember one single person who had a positive thing to say about many of their neighbors or especially the staff. I am concluding that the only people writing positive comments about the staff or this apartment are the ones hoping to profit from it. That said, the apartments are big and outrageously priced. The breezeways right outside your bedroom wall are constructed of loud loose boards that thunder every time someone walks on them. Some boards, breezeway walls, and stair rails are even covered in blood stains from attempted suicides over the years leaving me to wonder if these unfortunate residents were so consumed with sadness by the fact they just signed a year lease at this place they started contemplating other ways out.
