I live at Preston Glen and they did move a sex offender into the complex and gave no warning. They never notified any of us who have children!! The person lives in an apartment that gives easy access to children playing in the courtyard and the complex is also close to a school! The management told me it wasn't their policy to rent to a convicted felon, but they did and she refuses to admit they broke said policy. The main company that manages this property isn't much better. There was an "Oh Well" attitude from the managements supervisor in Macon.

I am planning on moving into this complex - and I am very weary esp after reading the reviews. If anyone living there knows about this situation please contact me rae@jncub.com I would like to be forewarned before I sign my lease.
