We moved in 1 year ago. And we are not reknewing our lease. We do not like the new people in the office. They are rude and they have bad customer service. We were going to reknew. We were in the office with both our children and the lady at the front desk was helping a customer. He was going to be moving in. She never said "hi", or "be with you in just a moment". Nothing. I know she saw us and heard our kids. My husband was mad and we left. They have a computer you can use.But it is so slow. The printer does not work and when you make a copy from it it prints red ink. Our apartment spells like dog poo cause no one will clean up after thei dogs.I have placed an order for weather stripping twice. still don't have it. It has been 6 months now.We have been having a bee problem and i am allergic to the point if I get stung I need to go to the hospital. And I told the office this. It took them a week to send someone out . We had bees in our home.Their treatment feels like, as soon as you move in that is when they stop being nice.
