We have lived at Preston Glen for a year and we absolutely LOVE our apartment. If you compare other apartments in the area, these apartments are some of the classiest and roomiest you'll find. Unfortunately they also charge you commercial rates for your electric, so hold onto you wallet. Our electric bills were running $200 to $300 per month and that's with being fairly frugal on our use. Tenants at other local properties are paying at least half of that and even less!!! We are being forced to leave here for that reason alone. We just can't pay those kind of electric bills!!! The funny thing is that I've talked to other tenants here and even those who work long hours and are gone all the time STILL pay those high of bills! I was told that when the community as a whole uses less electricity, you actually end up paying higher bills!!
