Where to begin........First-the dog poop all over the property even though management tries to take care of it-is disgusting and you step in it. Although I have seen many people pick up poop, I have also seen many not pick it up.
Second, Pool area had a jacuzzi but it is very rarely working even though we pay high rental rates.
Third, the walkways are dangerous-where grass meets the walkways and I even have seen a girl walking around on crutches that tore her ligaments when she was trying to move because of it. I twisted mine a few time but never that bad. I know others who say the same thing. Very dangerous and they have to be aware because it is very visually noticeable. We should not have to tell them-they should see the things wrong on the property.
Forth, Utility bills are astronomical!!! One person with normal usage-150-250 and then they throw trash fees and other fees on. All other apt complexes in or around area have never paid more than 130 in the worst summer months of heat. There seems to be no insulation in outer walls-freezing in winter, Central A/C venting makes you sick and stuffed up all the time.
Fifth, Trash area smells and piles up on weekends skyhigh so you cannot even drive by.
Sixth, Fitness center had broken treadmill for so many many months-yet we pay close to 1200$ and they want us to take care of rent on time.
Seventh, property is filthy-stairwells and walkways have spiders, dirt, filth, gum stuck all over. They powerwashed finally after over a year and still looks horrible!
Eighth-Drug dealings going on, loud neighbors in certain areas and booming/noisy cars between 10pm to 3am-coming back from whereever partying out.
Nine, takes several days to get something done.....not the guys fault-they are spread out thin....when they do a job though, very efficient.
Ten, Notices for maintenance to come in to do something like a fire inspection, etc...notice gets delivered either day of-or after the fact! Even their party fliers happen that way.

Overall, Originally when I moved in I was impressed with the leasing staff-they sold me on the property with their great personalities and knowledge. The units themselves are big and pretty and location is a plus, but the amount of dollar that you will spend is in no way worth it's buck. The manager when I first moved here was horribly rude and unhelpful and many people moved out because of her, but the new manager and staff seem to be doing a better job-although there are some unprofessional ways of handling things that have occured-including telling different people different things......I do not suggest moving here unless you just care what the inside and size of your apt looks like.....I cannot wait to move just like so many others I know are leaving!

I moved out of this apartment a month ago and have to agree with you on all accounts.. I really agree with all you had to say..Was it a horrible place to live, no..would I recommend it? No.. I would not..
