This place is a hell hole! Cherokee County police are in here at least once a day to make an arrest. We have had a meth lab in one building. The pool has been closed since Labor Day. Management is unresponsive and 'rude' does not even begin to describe how they treat the residents, who actually pay their salaries. The fitness center is only open business hours...in other words, when you and I are at work. The gates have not worked for an equivalent of 2 months, for the 8 months I have lived here. Evictions are common. I hate coming home to a place that has this reputation. Management is more concerned with bringing in a 'diverse' population so they don't get accused of discrimination, than they are taking care of the property and making residents happy.
