Don't even think of moving into this place!!! It's been a hell from the time I moved in. The front office staff changes everyday, there's a very noisy prostitute living in the apartment above mine that likes to throw furniture off of her balcony and onto mine, and the rest of my neighbors enjoy using vulgar language out in the corridor for all ears to hear. Not to mention the fact that there is always tons of trash and broken glass all over the corridor and front lawns. I know the Canton police on a first-name base because I have to call them out hear so often. One of the officers that I see used to live in River Ridge but told me that he moved out because he couldn't take it anymore. If you dare to live here, make sure to get copies of all paperwork that you fill out, because if you don't, they will refuse to give it to you. Also, if you have a maintnance emergency, don't bother calling the emergency maintnance number. They won't call you back... ...All in all, my best advice would be to just stay away from this place.
