i moved here in june 2004 and once in my unit i had a problem with the air not working and then the dishwasher didnt work now all this in a building that NOONE had ever lived in.. The maintaince crew fixed the a/c right away but the dishewasher took 2 weeks (Ordered Parts)other than that havent had any major problems other that hearing the people below me.Management has changed 3 times since i moved in.. The Gated community now dont let that fool you because a week after i moved in the entrace gate didnt worked and hasnt worked up until march 26 2005 when it worked for a day and now is not working again.. So if security of that gate is what your looking for dont choose this place. My apt faces Rehinhart Collage Pkwy so you will hear all the vehicals,police,fire,and ambulances coming and going so dont try and sleep with the windows open.. Other than that it's an ok place to live.. great for the money the reson i am moving is because they are income resticted and now of course i make more money than they require u to make and because i wanna get close to my job.. Hope i have inlighted you in your search for a new home..
