I've been living here since these apts were built. I gave in due to the sweetness of the leasing agent plus the nice LOOK of the apts. Boy, what a laugh.

Since I've moved in I lost count on how many staff have come and gone-management has come and gone. The manager we have now is a...well you fill in the blank. She will literally turn her nose up at you and talk to you like you are the scum of the earth. She will tell you one thing but do another. I cannot wait until she leaves! I miss the old management, they were great!

We have had our fair share of neighbors. From the quiet-wasn't even sure anyone even lived there! To the LOUD! Our current upstairs neighbors stomp thru their apt all hours of the night. I'm so tired of my ceiling and walls rattling that each time they do I bang on the ceiling. Hasn't stopped them, but it makes me feel better.

There are cracks in the walls, door frames, window frames, moulding-just about anywhere cracks are showing up. The neighbors upstairs bathroom flooded once and it came raining down one night in our bathroom and living room. We could have gone swimming!

Maintenance I'm not sure about. I don't know if they are slow to do stuff or management is slow to tell them to do stuff. Either way service is poor, although once they do it they do a good job.

Carpets are horribly, spill some water and a dark stain shows up. Even carpet cleaning does not do a thing!

People drive thru the parking lot like it was a stock car race-what is the point of that' One day I'm going to stop running from being hit so they can hit me, then my family can sue if I die.

Haven't used the pool much, usually there are too many punk teenagers around that ruin the fun for others so we never go.

Alot of drug dealers living here. Drug dealers, domestic abuse-cops are always coming here for one reason or another.

Gate is always broken-why bother having one'

The postal person on this route is always giving our mail to other people and we are always getting someone elses mail. We had an important letter coming to us once and luckily I found it laying on the ground in front of the mail 'center' before someone else found it and threw it away or before it got wet.

There is so much wrong with this place that I do not suggest it even to my worst enemy...well maybe just them.

Look elsewhere-believe me you will feel the same way if you are lulled into renting here!
