I grew up in a shack (literally) with no running water and no plumbing. I would take that shack any day over these apts.
The management has changed-again. Haven't met him/her yet but she can't be any worse than the ---- we had running this place. Anytime we go to pay our rent there is always new leasing agents who don't know what they are doing-ALWAYS. Can't say much for the red head in there, she talks behind renters backs and sticks her nose up in the hair when we walk in-we are not dirty rotten people, we are very clean and do not look like most of the drug dealers who inhabit here.

Never have used the pool but it looks nice and clean. Gate is always broken, what is the point of having it'

As I said before drug dealers infest these apts, much more than the spiders and ants we have coming in and out as they please. We live next door to a couple where he abuses her left and right, many times their arguments are in the parking lot. The lady who lives above us must water her plants with a gallon of water that ends up on our patio furniture-and sometimes our heads. We've asked her to water her plants some other way but she still does it the same old way.

I'm guessing these were built by people who have never built a thing in their lives before. The molding, dry wall have cracks in them. Every single window has cracks around the wall, including spacing between the windows and the doors. Our patio door will not close properly. Part of our countertop in our kitchen is busted and the drawer will not close and open, it doesn't help when the storage space is limited.

It took a few months before the washer/dryer were finally delivered, even though we had been paying for them during that time. I don't know if that is lazy management or too-busy maintanence guys having to fix these falling down buildings.

Maintanence guys are great, they do fix things right the first time and are always very pleasant to speak to.

These apts were not built to withstand noise-it is a very noisy place to live. We've only lived here 6 months and are counting the days until our lease is up before we move out. By the way...READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN! They tell you one thing but then stick something in the lease that makes their promises non-existent! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING MANAGEMENT/LEASING AGENTS SAY! This is not the place to live if you put your trust in those people!

The only thing positive I can say about these apts are some of the views are outrageously beautiful-well, if you don't pay attention to the growing buildings of Riverstone. Plus you can catch Canton's buses from in front of the apts.

We definately do not suggest living here, even to the most desperate person. Trust me, a shack is better than living here.
