We have lived here since a few months after they 1st opened. I've lost count on how many managers have come and gone-some completely rude and snobby others sweet as candy. But as long as you pay your rent on time and don't make much noisy you rarely have to speak to the management.

The last reviewer is correct on the speeding problems. Unfortunately we live right where everyone has to go thru to get to their apt, something we overlooked when we first moved in but when you are one of the first there isn't much traffic. We have trouble pulling out of our parking space at times, people go so fast thru there there are many times we have almost gotten hit by fast-speeders (and no we don't just pull out in front of them.)

The pool is nice, great walking trail and our 1bd has a beautiful kitchen. We also use our computer nook as our TV stand, so it isn't a problem for us.

Our upstairs neighbor does bang on her floor sometimes VERY early in the morning but other than that it is quiet and peaceful here.

We also rent out their washer/dryer for $30 extra a month and you can have the alarm service for $15 (last I heard those were the rates.)

You do need to pay attention to the atmosphere and neighbors around you when choosing your apartment. Some neighbors are so loud we can actually hear them in the next building across the street, dead in the morning.

One downside to living here is that every year we have the option of renewing our lease the rates have gone up every time and these apts don't give you an incentive (like 1 month free rent or $50 off 1st month, etc) for staying here like other apt complexes around here do.

Other than that we love it here!
