I have been here since the complex was opened. In fact, I was the very first person in my unit. You would think there would be assigned parking, but no- I was the first here and get to hike a mile half the time. I too was lulled by the staff, I had thought they were very friendly. Like everyone else, major cracks everywhere. Windows, walls, doors, and bathtub. Have had water damage problems, and as everyone else says- sounds like elephants living above me. I have had 5 neighbors in one unit next to me, one being arrested for narcotics. Don't be late- they will fine you unbelievably! I was late once, and it shows as a judgement on my credit report. Though they keep saying there is nothing they can do about it. Keep good records about your payment history! And as one person said earlier- the mgmt does talk about you behind your back. Forget the referral bonus, it takes nearly a year to get it, and by then it has changed in the amount you recieve. No one knows how to pick up their doggie poo. Smells like Poo all summer long. Gate rarely ever works. As I am typing this, I heard squealing tires. The police station is on my memory dial. The maintance people are very nice, I think it is mgts fault they don't make it there the first time! I am trying to break my lease now for a job move, but was told I would have to pay the past 10 months I had a pro-rated rate the normal rate, a months rent, lose my deposit, etc... really nice since I have been here 4 years and have had at least 6 referrals.
