Well, I thought it was Great! My boyfriend and I found this place, in our price range, and loved it. I was still in school and needed a place to live, so the timing of the move had to be planned on when I could do it. We were suppose to move in on Easter Sunday but we were comming by to get the keys on the Saturday before. We had everything packed in a company van, who needed it back for deliveries and full services, and both of our vehicles were filled with things to the celing. We showed up at 10 am on Saturday, and no one was there. There was a note on the dorr saying that there was a staff emergency be back tomorrow, Easter. So we tried again the next day, no one was there. I had to go back to school and my boyfriend back to work on monday. What were we going to do''' It was horrible. Once we did finally get to get our keys, we were so outraged! In all honesty, we should have got the first months rent free, but they knocked off $250 and gave us a free washer and drier.

Now that we are in, we have only been here 3 months, its horrible! My boyfriend and i got into an argument, WHO DOESN'T''''' and my neighbors called the cops. im sorry, but no one is perfect. people are going to argue and fight. the cops tried to tell me that i was lyin about not being physically abused by him... WHAT' Now, our AC has been broke, im in a sauna and cant sleep at night. My cats are panting, I didnt know cats panted!! and its so hot, my chocolate melted! and my cats water evaporates before they can touch it! its horrible. Oh, also, someone stole my doormat outside my door! WHO DOES THAT' i am still bound and determinded to find out who did it. honestly thats like stealing someones shoes, you just dont do it. When we first moved in, we didnt have an ashtray and we would flick our ashes over the balcony, well the people below us left a note on my door saying to all of you who smoke, here is you an ashtray so they dont end up on my patio furniture. WE had been there less than a week!!!! And she also left me an ashtray! i would rather have ashes on my pourch than listen to a little ankle biter yap everytime you walk by the door and all night long.... i think i should buy her a mussel. but if you count all that out, along with the speeding, the broken gates, the hedge clippers going at 7 in the morning, and the rap being played so loud in vehicles that you cant even hear yourself think, ITS GREAT. i do not recommend this place at all.....

You flick your ashes (most likely your butts also) over your balcony, thereby TRASHING SOMEONE ELSE's, not only creating a potential fire hazard for your poor, defenseless neighbors and their belongings on the patio that THEY PAY THE RENT FOR, but for the complex also because of the pine straw on the grounds below, and you have the gall to whine about a little note? Gads, what a dumb***! Quick, get the heck out of here before you send the whole complex up in flames! I'll help ya pack!!!

I would have done more about sending you a note for flicking ashes. I would have contacted the office at least-good for your neighbor for giving you an ashtray! Your an idiot. I hope they kick you out.

Yeah that's the dumbest thing i ever heard. I lived in the 3000 buildingon the bottom floor and all the people above me would flick there cigs down into the grass. When i had people over all they saw were cig butts everywhere. On windy days, alot of the butts would find there way onto my patio. if a neighbor left me an ashtray i'd go down and appologize that it was an inconveniance and payed for the ashtray he bought me. Get real ditz.

Get a life! if someone flicking ashes on your balcony makes you that angry "batertater" i suggest you shoot yourself..your life is only gonna get worse from here
