I have lived here for WAY too long, which is my own fault I admit! But if you are looking for a nice, quiet, safe place to live....River Ridge is not the place. The gate is always broken. You have to hike to the mail center because some special people think it's a permanent parking space. Who knows where all these freakin kids came from!! But they are everywhere! They won't move when you come through, they throw base balls in the parking lot, yes..at my car! They set fireworks off in the "breeze way" I have no idea where their parents are...they probably live here alone! My wonderful neighbors just leave their trash out for days and days.....WHY' It seems they will let anyone move in here....drug dealers are obviously more than welcome. When I brought this to management they advised I call the cops..o yes, because its the cops fault you let them move in! MUST love loud rap music! The management is less than helpful with anything....one girl doesn't know her butt from a hole in the ground. Every time I mistakenly go into the office, they are raising my rent for some kind of "tax" purpose. But how could they really keep things staight when they change managers every 3.5 days. The pool is nasty.The last time I went some kid busted his nose and kept right on swimming....in pee water! Dont even get me started on the Gym....everything is broken, and I have to make my boyfriend go with me b/c of the on- lookers..thats right, people just come up there and watch you work out!' I had to pay for new crappy blinds that break if you blink in that direction. The air doesn't work most of the time, the cops are always around....kinda nice considering......i have never come home after 12 am and been able to park in front of my building, always end up walking a mile.
I could go on and on......but I think I've made my point
