This place is a poor excuse for any place to live!!! Not to mention, it's GOVERNMENT ASSISTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the reason why the rent fees are so LOW!!!!! It's a total act of discrimination that you have to pay a higher rent, if your income is higher. It's just not right!!! Plus, I'm actually glad we were unable to live here for that main fact, because the place is full of ------, ---------, drug addicts, criminals, etc. You name it- it's there!!! Also, the girl that first spoke with us (she is young with dak hair), is a total dumbass!!! She's rude, she smells, and she is as stupid as hell. I haven't personally lived here, but please pay close attention to the residents that have posted their thoughts, and take what they say seriously (that is the residents that thought negatively of the place). Don't let the outside fool you. It does appear nice and the outside is beautiful, but you have to look past that.
Just a little hint: from now on when you see a listing for apartment rentals, and if the rental fees have a range such as ( 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms $649-$859) it's government assisted, so be ready to pay the higher amt if your income is higher, or do the smart thing and STAY AWAY! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!

Maybe if you'll get off your lazy ass and do something for a living, instead of thinking that the world owes you, you wouldn't be needing assistance. And yes, we have found a better district, and the best part about it is they don't accept lazy trash to move in. We'd be willing to pay the extra $ as long as we didn't have to put up with people such as yourselves. Take care and best of luck to you and your government assisted housing!!!! Oh, and you might need to learn how to spell before you try to make yourself sound so intelligent. What's wrong? Have you not had any education either? My goodness! You are a charity case, aren't you!?!

My, my, my. You just keep on proving my point about you beng a bigoted harpie...BWAHAHAHAHAHA! I haven't laughed this much at someone online in ages. Thanks for the laughs! Speaking of spelling, perhaps you need a refresher course on "yourself" vs "yourselves", eh? What, got a mouse in your pocket? Or maybe it's your dimly lit brain fighting for breathing room amongst your narrowminded viewpoints tucked away in there. What you're really upset about is the fact that you can't go bragging to everyone how you live in such a nice complex and pay next to nothing for it. Believe me, I enjoy EVERY MOMENT of my beautiful apartment for which I pay $620/month. THANK GOD I won't have to worry about running into the likes of you at the mail center. Buh, bye, and try and have a nice life. Don't think someone such as YOURSELF will, but hope springs eternal...

Shame on the individual who chose to review the residents as lazy asses and "------" as undesireables where the apartments are concerned. It appears to me that your bigotry has swayed your opinions. I live here because my "lazy ass" worked in the legal profession for 20 years and became disabled and must rely upon social security and long-term disability to survive. I asked prior to moving in, if these were Section 8 housing or "government assisted" and was lied to. my concerns were that in most cases the impetus for someone buying the complex would be tax breaks and that usually there isn't enough money available to properly and safely take care of the property. This turned out to be the case. I had rats in my apartment, which is kept incredibly clean, and because the exterminators had not been paid, they would not come out on a regular basis. I had to cure this issue myself. Women notoriously hate rats! Also, my plumbing issues in my master bath could not be rectified properly because plumbers wouldn't work here because they had not been paid. We have one dumpster for the entire property because getting another is "cost prohibitive." The grounds are unkempt because there is no money to pay grounds-keepers. Word has it that the pool may not be available because of the "drought." Not true that they couldn't legally run it because the property is exempt. Let's hope this isn't the case and just another rumor. Back to my original thought. I believe the property would be even worse off if someone of your discriminatory bent were too have stayed. Good bye and hope you find a community of people of your race. I happen to be caucasian and a woman. Do I fit the criteria? Please forgive any spelling errors as I was so furious after reading that review that I blistered my fingers trying to respond expeditiously.
